Welcome to Homivoo. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of https://homivoo.shop and all games and content on it (together, the "Site"), operated by Homivoo. By using the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
The Site is intended for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Free use licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and play the games on the Site for your own non-commercial entertainment. You do not need an account and there is no charge.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, reproduce, republish, frame, embed or redistribute our games, code, graphics or text on another website or app without written permission;
- remove, hide or alter any copyright notices or advertisements;
- use bots, scripts or automated tools to access the Site, generate artificial traffic or interact with ads;
- click on ads deliberately to generate revenue, or encourage others to do so;
- attempt to hack, overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Site or its servers;
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
4. Intellectual property
All games, source code, graphics, logos, text and other content on the Site are owned by Homivoo or used under licence and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Game concepts such as "Snake" or "Minesweeper" are traditional genres, but our implementations, artwork and written guides are original works. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
5. Advertising and third-party links
The Site displays advertisements provided by third parties, including Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of ads, the products or services they promote, or the websites they link to. Your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and them.
6. Game data
Scores and settings are stored only in your browser. We are not responsible for loss of this data, for example if you clear your browser storage or change devices.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability or freedom from errors. See also our Disclaimer.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homivoo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to zero, since the Site is provided free of charge, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.
9. Health and safety
A very small percentage of people may experience seizures when exposed to flashing lights or patterns, including in video games. If you or anyone in your family has an epileptic condition, consult a doctor before playing. Stop playing immediately if you feel dizzy, have altered vision, eye or muscle twitches, or any involuntary movements. Take regular breaks.
10. Changes to the Site and Terms
We may change, suspend or remove any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, unless the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
