Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Homivoo ("Homivoo", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares information when you visit https://homivoo.shop (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us, for example through the contact form or by email. This may include your name, email address and the content of your message. We use it only to respond to you.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider and our partners automatically receive certain technical information when you visit, such as:

  • your IP address and approximate location (country or city);
  • browser type, device type and operating system;
  • pages you visit, the time and date of your visit and the page that referred you;
  • information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 3).

Game data stored on your device

Our games save your best scores and settings in your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device. We do not receive or store it on our servers, and you can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

2. How we use information

  • to operate, maintain and improve the Site and its games;
  • to reply to your messages and support requests;
  • to understand how visitors use the Site (for example, which games are most popular);
  • to display advertising that helps keep the Site free;
  • to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, spam and security problems;
  • to comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies and advertising

We use Google AdSense to show ads on the Site. Google and other third-party vendors use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads. In particular:

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our Site and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. Alternatively, you can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info or, in Europe, www.youronlinechoices.eu.
  • If you opt out of personalised advertising you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you.

Other third-party ad vendors or ad networks may also serve ads on the Site through Google's certified partner program. You can learn more about how Google uses data on sites that use its services at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services, and more about Google's advertising cookies at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

For full details on the cookies used on the Site and how to control them, please read our Cookie Policy.

4. Analytics

We may use analytics services, such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the Site. These services collect information such as pages visited and time spent, using cookies or similar identifiers. You can prevent Google Analytics from using your data by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

5. Consent for visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before personalised ads and non-essential cookies are used, through a consent message provided by a Google-certified consent management platform. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the privacy settings link shown on the Site. Where we rely on consent, withdrawing it does not affect processing that happened before.

Our legal bases for processing personal data are: your consent (for personalised advertising and non-essential cookies), our legitimate interests (running a secure, working website and understanding its use), and compliance with legal obligations.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only:

  • with service providers that help us run the Site, such as our hosting provider, analytics provider and advertising partners (including Google), under their own privacy terms;
  • when required by law, a court order or a government request;
  • to protect the rights, safety and property of Homivoo, our users or others;
  • in connection with a merger, sale or transfer of the Site, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct or delete it;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • withdraw consent at any time;
  • receive a copy of your data in a portable format;
  • lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. You can opt out of personalised ads using the links in section 3 or by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023): you may request access to, correction of or erasure of your personal data and may withdraw consent by contacting us at the address below.

To make any request, email contact@homivoo.shop. We will respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity first.

8. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Data retention

We keep messages you send us for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for record keeping, normally no longer than 24 months. Server logs held by our hosting provider are kept for a limited time for security purposes. Information collected by advertising and analytics partners is retained according to their own policies.

10. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Third-party links

The Site and the ads shown on it may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

12. International transfers

Our service providers, including Google, may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on the Site.
