Filing a copyright notice
Send a written notice to contact@homivoo.shop with the subject line "Copyright Notice". Under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. ยง 512) and similar laws, your notice should include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- a description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
- the exact URL(s) on our Site where the material appears;
- your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
What happens next
We review every complete notice and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material, usually within 3 business days. We may forward your notice to the person who supplied the material.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court.
Misrepresentation
Knowingly making false claims of infringement may make you liable for damages. If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, please seek legal advice first.
